About
How a Tsuen Wan desk practice grew around offline wallet trackers and rebalance worksheets for self-custody reserves.
Why we exist
Self-custody reserve positions often live across hardware wallets that stay powered down for months. Spreadsheets on phones tempt people to reconnect those devices more often than they should. We built a desk practice around offline wallet trackers and rebalance worksheets so the record stays on paper beside the devices.
Origin
The practice started after repeated evenings in New Territories flats where friends asked for help reconciling notebook scribbles with what a cold wallet actually showed. Those evenings turned into booked sessions at The Octagon, 6 Sha Tsui Road, Tsuen Wan, where the rain on the glass and the quiet corridor suit slow inventory work.
How we work
Sessions are one client at a time. You operate every device. We write, calculate, and ask clarifying questions about labels and target bands you already chose. Nothing leaves the room except the worksheets you take home.
Values in practice
- Paper before screens during the appointment
- Clear boundaries: no custody, no seed handling, no trade tips dressed as process
- Enough time on the clock that nobody rushes a balance reading
Relationship with clients
Most visitors return each quarter or after a large transfer. Between visits they maintain the same offline wallet tracker pages we opened together. When something changes — a new device, a custodian exit — they book a handoff review rather than improvising on a café table.
