Data we collect

• Contact details you submit (name, email, message, preferred date, session interest)
• Booking and deposit records
• Limited technical data such as IP address and basic server logs
• Cookie preferences as described on our Cookies page

We do not ask for seed phrases, private keys, or full wallet address lists through the website form. If you volunteer such material in a message, we delete it and ask you to bring paper notes to the desk instead.

Purposes

We use personal data to respond to enquiries, schedule sessions, process deposits and refunds, improve site reliability, and meet legal record-keeping duties in Hong Kong.

Retention

Enquiry emails are kept up to 24 months after the last meaningful contact. Booking and payment records are retained for seven years where required for accounting. Server logs are typically rotated within 90 days.

Sharing

We use hosting and email providers who process data on our instructions. We do not sell personal data. We may disclose information when required by Hong Kong law or to protect rights and safety.

International transfers

Our hosting infrastructure may store data outside Hong Kong. Where transfers occur, we take steps appropriate to the destination to protect personal data, including contractual safeguards with processors.

Your rights

Subject to the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance, you may request access to and correction of your personal data. To exercise these rights, email contact@securedsaasapps.digital. You may also complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner for Personal Data, Hong Kong.

Children

Sessions are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18 through this site.
