Refunds
Refund, cancellation, and rescheduling rules for desk sessions and deposits.

Scope
This policy covers deposits and fees for cold-wallet inventory sessions, reserve rebalance worksheet sessions, and custodial handoff reviews booked with Secured SaaS Apps Digital. It does not cover third-party products we do not sell.
Deposit
A HK$500 deposit holds your desk slot. The deposit applies toward the session fee when you attend.
Full refund of deposit
You receive a full deposit refund if you cancel in writing (email to contact@securedsaasapps.digital) at least 48 hours before the appointment start time, or if we cancel the session and cannot offer a suitable alternative within 14 days.
Partial refund
Cancellations between 48 and 12 hours before the start may receive a 50% deposit refund. Within 12 hours, the deposit is generally non-refundable.
Session fees already paid in full
If you prepaid the full fee and cancel under the full-refund window above, we refund the fee minus any non-recoverable costs already incurred for printed materials prepared specifically for your wallet count (usually under HK$80). After a session begins, fees for work already performed are non-refundable.
Non-refundable items
- Deposits forfeited under late-cancellation rules
- Time already spent in a session that started
- Custom printed worksheet packs prepared after you confirmed an expanded wallet count
No-shows
If you do not attend and do not notify us, the deposit is forfeited. You may request a new booking at the standard rate.
Rescheduling
One complimentary reschedule is allowed if requested at least 24 hours ahead. Further reschedules may require a fresh deposit if the original slot cannot be filled.
Work already started
Once inventory reading or worksheet drafting has begun in the room, that portion of the fee is earned. If we mutually stop early for safety or scope reasons, we discuss a fair partial credit toward a future visit.
Refund method and timing
Approved refunds return via the original payment method within 10 business days. Bank processing times may add several days.
