Session
Reserve rebalance worksheet
A focused desk session that turns your offline wallet balances into a written rebalance plan with move sizes and verification steps.
Who this is for
Holders who already keep reserves in offline wallets and need a calm, paper-first pass before adjusting allocations. Typical clients manage two to six devices, keep rough notes in a notebook, and want a clear sequence before any coins move.
What you leave with
- A filled rebalance worksheet listing each offline wallet, current share, target share, and suggested move size
- A short verification checklist for after you complete transfers at home
- Margin notes on gaps in your existing inventory labels
What is included
We compare your brought notes against the balances you read from devices during the session (you operate the devices; we do not take custody). Together we draft the worksheet, flag stale addresses in your notes, and agree which moves can wait until the next review.
What is excluded
We do not execute transfers for you, store seed phrases, recommend which assets to buy, or provide tax filings. Market commentary stays outside the session unless you ask a clarifying question about a line already on the worksheet.
How the session runs
- Confirm wallet list and naming conventions you already use
- Record current balances you read from each offline device
- Set or refresh target bands for the reserve mix
- Calculate move sizes on the worksheet
- Walk the verification steps you will run after transfers
Preparation
Bring labeled devices or printed address sheets, your prior allocation targets, and any notebook pages you already use as an offline wallet tracker. Leave seed material sealed; we never ask to see recovery phrases.
Constraints
Sessions are private, by appointment only, at our Tsuen Wan desk. If your holdings span more than eight wallets, we may split the work across two visits so the worksheet stays readable.
Next step
Request a desk slot and mention how many offline wallets you track. We confirm timing within one business day.
