By using https://securedsaasapps.digital or booking a session with Secured SaaS Apps Digital, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or book a desk appointment.
Services described
We provide appointment-based desk sessions for offline wallet tracking and rebalance worksheets related to self-custody reserve positions. Descriptions on this site are informational. A confirmed booking email sets the specific session scope and fee.
No custody or advice beyond process
We do not take custody of digital assets, store recovery phrases, execute transfers, or provide investment, legal, or tax advice. Worksheets and tracker pages are operational documents you control.
Bookings and conduct
You must provide accurate contact details and arrive able to operate your own devices. We may end a session early if seed material is exposed, if unsafe behaviour occurs, or if the agreed wallet count grossly exceeds what was disclosed.
Intellectual property
Site copy, worksheet templates, and visual design remain our property. You may keep completed worksheets produced in your session for personal use. You may not republish our templates as your own product.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted under the laws of Hong Kong, we are not liable for losses arising from asset transfers you perform, device failures, incorrect balances you supply, or decisions you make using a worksheet. Our aggregate liability for a booked session is limited to the fees paid for that session.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Courts of Hong Kong have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply.
Changes
We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use after posting constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
